Erin was 9 years old when she moved with her family from Carmel Valley, CA to Boulder, CO in 1993 - so she feels she is basically a native, coveted though that title is in this state. She was raised K-12 in the Waldorf school system where creativity and imagination were vital components of her young education. Growing up, she spent most of her time outside of school singing in musical theater rehearsals or volunteering at an English horseback-riding stable where she taught young students, cleaned stalls, jumped fences, and cared for the horses.
Erin received her first degree from Boston’s Berklee College of Music in 2006 where she majored in Business Management with an emphasis in Vocal Performance. Upon graduation, she chose to start her professional life off in Denver and on a lark, studied to become a Realtor. It wasn’t a career she’d honestly ever considered but after acing every exam, it didn’t take long before her exposure to industry mentors and clients, marketing seminars, negotiation classes, and home staging workshops inspired her with fresh ambition and a desire to grow, serve, and learn more.
Her first property deal was also her first collaborative investment; a quaint Victorian home in the Highlands that she lived in, rented, remodeled, and eventually sold for a profit. That experience lit a fire in her when she recognized the bountiful positive effects that real estate ownership has on people’s lives and financial futures. She long ago understood that a Home was more than a house, but now she saw that it was also a vehicle with which a person could build stability, security, comfort, and financial freedom.
Now 14 years into her full-time real estate career, with a solid foundation of experience and expertise, Erin Rose serves an ever-growing client network with an abundance of energy, thoughtfulness, and professional mastery. She has a unique, sharp eye for smart investments and greatly enjoys helping her clients invest in their futures through the limitless possibilities that property ownership provides. Every day, she strives to give her clients what every real estate buyer or seller deserves when placing their trust in an agent: prompt communication, negotiation mastery, home listing marketing advice, and sales expertise.
Erin’s honesty, trust, and straightforward communication long ago earned her the respect of her peers and the loyalty of those she’s represented. She loves her career and is committed daily to improving the experience she provides her clients. She recently joined the Downing Street Group at Engel & Völkers in the Fall of 2020. The team’s reputation, internal cooperation, growth-mindset, and attention to detail impressed her and she knew it would empower her to provide an even more remarkable transaction experience for her clients. With the strength of their added resources, support, and knowledge, Erin continues to serve her clients with even more passionately personalized, luxury service, and dedication.
She lives 15 minutes from downtown Denver in the lake-side home she built with her husband. Erin enjoys paddle boarding, wake surfing, sailing, horseback riding, dancing, snowboarding, chess, cooking, wine, and traveling. She donates her spare time and energy to charities, helping her friends and family, and is a forever on-the-scene smile and dancing partner at local community galas, gatherings, and events.
